Varsity Boys Win big at Adams County

The win for the Varsity Boys over Adams County was huge.  The cheers could be heard from Gettysburg to Germantown as the boys came on strong from the opening tip off to the final buzzer.  This was the Varsity Boys second meeting against Adams County and they played to win.  The first meeting saw the Force heading home with a loss; but they were determined to come home this time with a different outcome.  They succeeded in securing their first win for the new year!  Congratulations to the Varsity Boys!

new year...fresh wins

New Year's comes right in the middle of basketball season...what better way to celebrate some wins than by recognizing that they are the first wins of the new year for the Force.  The Middle School girls won big at New Life Christian School on Thursday, January 6th.  Every girl got considerable minutes and helped to contribute to the win.  The final score was Force 27, New Life 14. 

 The Varsity Girls competed for third place in Maryland School for the Deaf's Oriole Classic Basketball tournament.  They played the Queen Anne Lions and came away with a big win.  It was an entire team victory as everyone saw great minutes in the contest. After the game, Kathryn Romanchuk was named to the All Tournament team - Way to go Kathryn!  The final score was 45-19.
